Duct cleaning

A first for me and somewhat leery due to all the negative jokes. Recently had a new furnace installed was shown my "furry" ducts and I should get them cleaned. The first place I called didn't service my area, then I tried Twelve Points and they said they could come in 2 days, a Saturday. Rupert and Paul showed up on-time, friendly and professional. A quote was quickly established in line with their advertising and they began. My house is a custom built Rancher from the 60's, very wide. Things proceeded very well and I learned a lot. However it turned out my house has 2 separate ducting systems going to each end of the house. This made for a fair bit of extra work, but no complaints from the guys as additional vacuum entrances had to be made and a bunch more new ducts. This work was extensive and all completed in a friendly manner. The original quote was not adjusted. Great guys, great work. I'll never worry about duct cleaning again.......and I'll just call Twelve Points. You want a good job done, call them!!
