We had a terra cotta tiled kitchen floor that was 25 years old one was starting to show its age , as it would not come clean and was very pourous , Ramiro and his helper came and set up and with all their machines and experience had our floor as good as new, there were no odors from the chemicals and we were able to use the floor 30 minutes after they were finished. There was no mess or clean up left for us it was a first class job. Romiro even did a small repair on some tiles for which he did not charge us. A very thorough and professional job. Thank you.
