We had a flood last summer and we were struggling to find a competent contractor to refinish the basement. Once we met Matt, we realized very quickly that he was a professional and knew exactly what he was doing. Matt went above and beyond to help us get our new flooring in by Christmas. He only had 2 weeks to get it done and worked closely with us to schedule around other contractors (plumber and demo team). Matt was so helpful and accommodating and I can not say enough good things about him and his team. I am very happy to know that we finally found a professional in Ottawa who is honest and forthright about what needs to be done and communicates regularly with us.
