Ethan responded in minutes to my request through HomeStars, got information including a photo which he marked up to identify the leak source, and quoted labour and materials to do the repair. He showed up on time, with advance notice, and was very thorough and knowledgable. After the repair, he ran all the water for a long enough time to clearly demonstrate the repair worked and seems very honest and reliable. Would call him again any time an issue surfaces.

The response was prompt, and the inspection by Derick was thorough and well explained. He was confident in his repairs and that the racoon would exit with babies within a period of a few days, which happened roughly on time. The warranty is also a good feature.
