I had a wonderful experience at this store and Bill was very knowledgeable and helpful. We replaced our central vacuum system and are very happy with the product and installation service. Great warranty (10 years) and prompt service. Our old central vac system had been blocked for some time and the new system cleared the blockage within a few seconds of turning it on. Professional service, good choice of products and a fair price. I highly recommend this store.

Shawn was prompt and gave us a written estimate for the work that needed to be done. It took him 5 hours to finish all the jobs. He was happy to answer questions during the work and helped us come up with appropriate plumbing solutions for ongoing problems. We certainly will use Gold Medal Plumbing and Drain for our future needs. A very professional company.

When my washing machine stopped mid cycle, I called JSN who tried to find an appointment as soon as possible. Sam came out the next day, even if it meant coming out at 8pm. He identified the problem and cleaned out the filter on the pump. I watched as he explained the procedure. It took over an hour, but the job was finished to my satisfaction. He gave an accurate quote before starting the job. Very happy with the repair.

After using Zenic Insulation at our former house, we were very happy to give them repeat business. They came on short notice to accommodate our schedule and upgraded the insulation in our bungalow, which took two and a half hours. Hometurf is my lawn care of choice. They call the day before coming to the house to ensure that side gates are unlocked. We have one of the best lawns on the street. There are several programmes for lawn care and they will make a return visit if you are not satisfied. We pay a year in advance and receive a 10% discount for the programme. Great company.

Tyler took the time to do a thorough inspection of our cottage and answer all questions. He gave valuable advice on ways to fix several problems in a cost efficient manner. As it turned out, when the air sample tests came back, we found that we had an issue with mould. Tyler took the time to be available for our many questions and sourced a professional worker who would do a thorough cleaning after the mould problem was addressed. I found Tyler to be very knowledgeable and professional and would highly recommend his services. Since home inspectors are not licensed, you really need to ask around to find a good one. I have used several over the years and Tyler is the best one I have ever encountered.

We had a very successful move with Arby Cartage. The crew of five was hard working and very careful with the belongings in our 4 bedroom house. It was a big move and the crew also unloaded a POD full of furniture which we had arranged to be delivered to our new house on moving day. The crew dismantled an antique wardrobe and a custom dining table which was 10 feet long. They took time to assemble the furniture properly and make sure that we were happy with their work. The job took 9 hours and we were very satisfied with the move. The job was on time and on budget. There were no surprises and the move went smoothly. Jason from Target One was to repair grout in a flagstone walkway at my mother's house. He soon found other projects at the house, including chimney work and patio repair. The cost ballooned from $400 to $2950. My elderly mother paid the total amount in cash before the job was completed. Jason assured her that there was a 15 year guarantee on his work and he would return to finish the job within 10 days. It is now 7 weeks later. Jason does not return phone calls and the job remains unfinished. Workmanship is terrible. The concrete has cracked and lifted. The patio work has not even been started. The worst part is that my 91 year old mother so upset. She dealt in good faith and once Jason had his money, he never returned to finish the work and has not replied to phone messages. Stay away from Target One Contracting.

Great company. The two workers arrived on time and worked for 2 1/2 hours. They showed us pictures of ducts before and after the cleaning. What a difference. Highly recommended.

I was happy to find a company which would replace a shattered glass tabletop for my patio table. Dennis came to the house and did a template for the tabletop and I was to receive the new top in 3 weeks times. We are now certainly past the 3 week mark and I am having no luck having my calls returned. I just get an answering machine. I did finally speak to someone yesterday who said that he would look into it and give me a call in a couple of hours. I'm still waiting..............

Hometurf has taken care of our lawn for the last 7 years and we have never had a problem. They come on time and complete the work in a professional manner. On occasion, we have had a problem with weeds and they will drop by and redo a treatment if necessary. We have never been disappointed with their service.
