Mors was great! He came and assessed my dishwasher that stopped draining. He validated what I already suspected (sump pump/motor failure) during his initial visit after finding glass in the pump and gave me a quote for the parts and labour breakdown within hours. He suggested replacement of the hoses as well, though it was up to me if I wanted to do that. I decided to be safe and replace everything. He returned 3 days later to complete the repair. He was super quick and efficient and triple tested everything to make sure there were no concerns of leaks. Great timely service and very reasonable prices! I'll be calling Mors the next time I have any issues with other appliances.
