Do not buy from this place as they have the worst return policy of any store on the planet. Even with sealed boxes of tile they would not take them back, claiming because "they dont stock them"... well you sell them! So you should take them back.

I'm sorry you had such a difficult experience at the store, however, the tiles you had purchased were a special order item as it is nearly impossible to stock all tile selections in a single showroom/warehouse. When we were made aware of the difficulty you were experiencing in regards to the return of the tile, we did offer a store credit in exchange as a form of compensation.
