I contacted TreePRO (Jamie) in March this year to remove a dead Russian Olive in my backyard. Jamie came right away to provide a quote which was very reasonable. Services requested include tree and stump removal, pruning of two pine trees, putting in a new Japanese Maple tree. We firmed up the exact date of removal mid-April and Jamie and his team showed up promptly on the agreed date. The work was professionally done and Jamie's team cleaned up the site tidily before leaving. TreePRO provided high standard of service meeting my every expectation. Highly recommended if you have a tree service need.

The end to end experience was extremely satisfying. I gave the company a call based on a recommendation from a neighbour for an in home consultation to replace my roof. Mike came by the next day as promised and he already taken a look at my roof with some pictures taken so our discuss was thorough and precise. Mike also provided options on using different materials with pros and cons. I gave the go ahead a few days later. Stephane called yesterday to confirm the date of work. The team came on time and quickly set up the site with my deck and walkways fully covered. The roof replacement work was done quickly (I later learned that Imperial provided some extra crew to speed up the work because bad weather was in the forecast). The crew were professional and courteous and they finished the work on schedule and clean up the site quickly before they leave. I can say that you almost didn't realize a major work has just taken place earlier. I highly recommend Imperial Roofs to anyone who is considering replacing a roof. Thanks for job well done.

I have disengaged this company after having Jacob's team clean my house for the past 5 years. The service has deteriorated to the point that I didn't have my house cleaned for 8-weeks. I switched to monthly cleaning instead of bi-weekly clean and it seems created difficulty in schedule a cleaner. One particular clean promised a cleaning date in March but never show up and Jacob couldn't schedule a replacement which means that I have to wait further. This is not a sustainable business model that I could leave with. My cleaning date requested was not met and I can only take what Jacob can come up with in the last minute. Jacob never get on top of cleaning schedule himself and seems like he leave it to the individual cleaners. I did give this company good reviews before, but their service, at least to long term customer like me, has dropped to a point that I need to take my business to somewhere else. Not a pleasant experience.

I was impressed with the 10/10 reviews this company received over the year and decided to contact this company to ask them to take a look at the wifi network in my home because my wife was complaining 'dead zones' in the house. Max responded to my inquiry and quickly asked a few questions to narrow down a few possibilities. He also recommended to purchase two wifi routers to improve the overall network performance. We set a date/time and Max showed up promptly and quickly diagnosis a signal issue in the house even though I was using a few power-line adapter/extender. He installed and setup the wifi routers and re-test the signal and they were greatly improved. Max was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He did an awesome for my home's wifi network and I'm sure I will have excellent wifi network from now on. Thanks Max.

David and Dan did a great job. They came promptly as agreed. Move furniture and stuff from basement to the main floor and the 2nd floor. Taking care of the newly rennovated space when moving. Great team! Will defintely engage their services in future.
