John in Willowdale

I have a Thomasville kitchen cabinet installed 5 years ago. And I would like to order a new sideboard. But they told me they do not carry Thomasville anymore. But I found Thomasville entire kitchen cabinet setup in the showroom. Then they tell me the Thomasville was arranged by another company. Then they order that sideboard for me. 10 days later, home depot called me to pick the sideboard. When I try to install it, it is 0.5 inches short. I cannot even hang it inside the cabinet. Then I made a return to the store and bring my original sideboard to show them. They immediately told me to go to customer service for a refund and don;t bother to find a solution for me
