First of all I gave a rating of 4 only because Im a believer in there always being room to improve. I am pleased to say that in my experience of hiring someone who wasn't recommended by someone personally, my experience with Less sheds exceeded my expectations. What stood out the most? 1. They were happy to answer my questions. 2. They did a great job and within the desired time frame 3. They were upfront on additional work not included and associated costs 4. They came back out immediately for some very minor adjustments 5. The end product was no less than what I expected Great job!
