Chris and his team did an outstanding job renovating my home. Stunning hardwood floor on the main, iron pickets on the upper and lower stairs with custom posts, stain matching with the hardwood. Removal of stucco ceiling on the main and installation of 25 plus pot lights in the living, dining kitchen front foyer and laundry. Crown moulding in the living/dining and solid pine baseboards. Custom colour paint through the home, upper and lower floor, doors, baseboards, and closets. Stellar workmanship, detail and professionalism by Chris and his Remodel team - the pictures speak for themselves.

The renovations you had us complete for you in your home absolutely transformed the look of your home and they look absolutely fantastic.
The hardwood floors with matching stained railings and newel post combined with the metal spindles have transformed and updated your beautiful home. The removal of the stucco ceilings combined with new slim LED lighting also compliments the entire ceiling. Adding the large pine baseboards also enhances the look of the rooms combined with painting the entire house actually makes the entire home look like new.
When you hire Remodel Construction we are here to do what you want and need not what we want. We can provide suggestions and advice but ultimately we do exactly what you want. Our team of trades ensure that you are completely satisfied when we are finished your renovation and we are there should you need anything post completion.

Chris and his team were great, my range hood stopped working and new one needed venting outside. I had some challenges trying to find the right hood for the 24 inch gas range and cabinet to fit the range hood. Chris was helpful providing options and resourceful when the gas pipe needed to be relocated. Chris picked up the cupboard, a great option for this job. I appreciate the attention to detail with this install and repair work done with plaster/painting afterwards. A job well done by Chris and his team and definitely call on him again when I have more work to be done.

There were some challenges when it came to installing your new range hood however there is a saying we like to use in this business and that is "there are always solutions ". Once we were able to overcome the obstacles everything else went smoothly and the finished look looks great.
We try to ensure that all the small details are taken care of before we leave the site and the job is completed. Leaving a clean and tidy job site once we are finished is important to us as well.

Door and Deck Repair due to Leak
I contacted Chris at Remodel to assess some possible water damage coming into my walk-out basement apartment through the main door. Chris quickly assessed the damage and determined the french door needed to be taken out and water damaged areas replaced and the deck slope corrected. Rotten wood and brick molding was replaced, caulking removed from the bricks and rust treated on the steel intel. The french door was reinstalled complete with new PVC brick holding and exterior door frame painted - twice! Once the door was addressed, Chris adjusted the deck which was sloping toward the house, the main contributing factor of the leak. The deck posts were measured and installed with precision, and slope corrected - away from the house. The level of care and detail Chris and his team demonstrated was really assuring, they were prompt, efficient and made sure the area was thoroughly cleaned when they were done. I will definitely utilize Remodel again - I am very appreciative of the workmanship and professionalism of Chris and his team.

Luckily the solution was not not complicated and resloping the deck away from the house so that any water was not running towards the house was all that needed to be done.
