Though there were some issues initially and as we have done full payment so we were not expecting any resolution now. But I am glad to say that even after 6 months Sohail visited us and resolved the issue completely. He offered us two options - either get the concerned areas fixed or 10% discount. We opted second option and I can say he is the first contractor who has returned the money after job is finished. We are very impressed by his dedication towards customer satisfaction and wish him good luck.

Priya is a very dear customer. My attempt from the beginning was to provide a good end result - a house that looks beautiful, which it really did ... the colors were stunning and there was a huge transformation that took place arond the house. The process starts with picking good colors, along side make it convenient for the customer as much as possible - arranging the job for a timeframe as per customer's convenience and finishing the job within the committed budget - no down payments to put the customer at ease.

We do this for customer after customer and I beleive some of the testimonials on this page bear testimoney to the fact.

Painting is an inherently messy process. It is not a mechanical process, and with upto 6 people in the house for three days there is a lot of movement that takes place.

When the job takes place we do tell the customer to sit back and relax and at the time of the final walkaround point any deficiencies which will be taken care of.

At the time of the final walkaround I met Priya and his husband. They pointed out a few things e.g. they asked me whether the cuttings around the crown molding were as they were supposed to be or was the patching done properly - I explained to them the standard in the business that if u stand a couple of feet away from the walls there should nothing that is visually displeasing - they inspected and agreed.

At the time of making the payment she asked me if I could send someone later if they discover anything that they might have not noticed before - I told them that u r covered under warrenty and told them to send me later any pictures of any areas that they may be dissatisfied with - i arrange service calls every couple of weeks and in that service call I will take care of that.

She sent me an email a couple of weeks later in which she requested a few touchups. Unfortunately, I missed that email but when i did come across it I immediately responded to it and asked her for a convenient time to send my painter. At that time Priya had a baby arriving so she got busy for some time. When she did become avaialable again I paid her a vsiit immediately and settled her concerns as mentioned by her.
