Keith was great! He brings a wealth of experience, professionalism and care to his trade. Keith was able to show me the poor job that was done by whoever the previous home owners hired and made fixes to my furnace as needed. He thoroughly explained everything he was doing and why. I was recommended to use different filters and he explained how to clean them regularly to save some money. Keith was also going to perform a dryer duct cleaning but he determined that it wasn't needed. As a first time homeowner I really appreciated his honesty and helpfulness. I'd gladly let Keith be my furnace guy again!
