My furnace went bust right in the middle of a very cold week and I called Siamak from Aire Max. He explained the process to me and came in at the exact time he had mentioned the next day. We talked about the temporary fixes and how long they would last vs. a furnace which was quite old now. No pressure tactics and very professional which I appreciated. I gave him the go ahead to replace the furnace and again he took the time to explain the process and gave me an exact price with the tax. On the day of, they came in on time, covered the floors, removed the old furnace and spent the whole day installing the new one which works perfectly.
