Sokol was both professional and courteous, providing a detailed estimate in a timely fashion and being accessible throughout my decision making process. While National Star was not the lowest quote, Sokol’s willingness to provide me with comprehensive information on roofing both inspired confidence in his company and allowed me to make an informed decision regarding my service provider. I was “blown” away by the service delivery. The job started on time, completed on time and did not deviate from the quoted price. The icing on the cake was that during shingle replacement, some foundational structure (wood) replacement was necessary. The crew informed me of the requirement, and stressed the importance (long-term) of doing things right the first time. Although it was outside of their realm of responsibility, the National Star crew completed this value added (customer centric) undertaking with only the cost of materials passed on to me.
