I can't recommend James and his team highly enough! From the initial contact, James was responsive, punctual and beyond knowledgeable. We had a challenging situation with a giant, diseased border tree that we shared with our neighbour. He deftly navigated all of the city requirements and permits and worked with us on our extremely specific timing issues. The crew themselves worked non-stop on a ridiculously hot day and following morning and were polite and skilled. The garden was cleaned up to an inch of its life afterwards - it was if they were never there. James has also been an encyclopedia of tree planting knowledge as we get ready for the tree's replacement. While his pricing for the tree removal was excellent, it's his knowledge and enthusiasm which are priceless. A pleasure!

I contacted DrapeMaster based on their excellent reviews. Don explained the process clearly and Max came out to the house to examine our draperies, clearly explain the process and advise us of any risks in cleaning. He removed them and ultimately rehung them. We were so pleased with the results that they returned to clean our broadloom and upholstery! George and Ana worked extremely hard and everything looks the best it has in years. I really can't recommend them enough. I was also very pleased with everyone's adherence to Covid protection protocols.

This review will sound like it was written by Michael's mother but still.... Our almost 100 year old house has what could be politely called a complex roof .... 3 curved dormers, a square dormer, a flat roof , curved metal work and numerous different elevations. The fantastic Michael and his crew navigated all of this over the course of a week of working during all daylight hours with hard work, technical expertise and a good attitude. Micheal put up with all of the challenges with our constantly changing schedule as our project had windows and doors that didn't quite arrive on time. Our initial quote included items that had to be dealt with on the spot by my contractor but Michael didn't need to be asked - he immediately amended his original quote and reasonably dealt with other items as they came along. He was always INSTANTLY available and saw the big picture. My contractor of 17 years couldn't speak highly enough of the workmanship and couldn't get over how Michael left a platform on our roof to allow the other trades to finish their work in a safe environment. On the day that I gave the final payment I looked out to see Michael wandering through my bushes ..... he was actually doing a final walk through to find any shingles or debris that his crew had missed. On top of everything, he's an astoundingly nice guy! After dealing with many trades over the years, I'm just happy and fortunate to have used Quality First and can't recommend them enough. Simply a pleasure!

Oliver answered my calls and e-mails promptly and the fence was installed in a timely manner with no damage to the surrounding plants or sprinkler system. The fence immediately received many compliments from jealous neighbours!
