Very pleased with Cohen & Master Trees Services. Professional, courteous administrative and sales staff. The crew that arrived at my home were ISA certified arborists. They were very careful and meticulous with removal of the trees and did a spotless clean up. The crew had a friendly and warm attitude a sign of a well managed company............... happy employees!!! I miss the large trees but had no choice but to remove them. I will call on Cohen & Master to plant new trees, more suitable to the environment of my backyard.

I am having a problem with the rerouting of downspouts. Stas told me my gutters & downspouts were in good condition and recommended a solution which did not involve new gutters and downspouts. Based on his honesty and integrity I would highly recommend his company Maxima Aluminum.

If only I had called Express Rooter first!! I had flooding in my basement rental; I panicked & called a disaster company, waste of money and time. The aforementioned company didn't even indentify the problem. All they did was a cleanup and recommended a back water valve & sump pump along with a huge invoice!!! I then called a well known plumbing company, the sewer drain was blocked. I wasn’t present when the drain was snaked (as this company charges extra - calls after 4 PM). I called twice for additional information, on the second call the owner of the company was very rude and told me he had already given me an explanation and hung up the phone. Express Rooter, Jason came out after hours snaked the drain again for $100.00 less than the previous company, he needed to see what was going on. He noted a plumbing error in my basement and gave me recommendations to avoid a future back up. He also brought to my attention a potential pipe problem on the city side and recommended I call the city. Jason also walked around the property and gave me waterproofing tips. Express Rooters is highly recommended, integrity and honest and they saved me a lot of money.
