Terrible service, after three tries we finally had our bedroom set. I lay the fault with the inept sales lady we dealt with. In the end, they ended up sending a very sleazy couple (who appeared to live in a van) to our house to do touch up on the wood. Big pass on this store, many other high end stores that can provide beautiful furniture AND customer service
When I didn't receive the item, I tried the contact information provided to me on the confirmation email. The email address they provided was not a valid email. Really???what kind of company does that???I phoned sat on hold forever, then cancelled my order. First and last time I shop there.
Will not go back. We paid for a pool, delivery and set up. When it was installed the installers did not wait for 2nd load of water, so the left without adding salt and turning it on to see if there were any issues. Told us to go back to the store for help...we went somewhere else for 'help' and will continue our business with the other place we went to. Do not purchase from club piscine.
