Very fast service. I talked to them in the morning, they were there by 11am and the job was done in about an hour. They cleaned up after themselves very quickly. You can hardly tell they were there. There were two perennial plants growing next to the tree. They are both still there and in perfect condition. Just removed the tree, did not damage anything and cleaned up so well you would never know they had even been there.

Contacted them to remedy vibration in a split unit AC and heat pump. They quickly and correctly identified the problem (lack of rubber bushings) and told us that it is better to wait for spring, as fixing it in winter is much more expensive ($1500.00 versus $500.00) as the refrigerant is hard to deal with when it is below 15 degrees C outside. They gave us the service call free of charge and we will be having them back in the spring to fix the problem. These folks understand these split units and can quickly diagnose them. Highly recommend them!

We hired Gala previously to replace the kitchen in our last house (now sold). Our family expanded and we had to move to a larger place, so we hired them again to replace the kitchen and build a small bathroom on the main floor. As per usual, the service you get is amazing. There is nothing they can't or won't do. When installing a fan for our bathroom they noticed there was no insulation in the roof, so it was "do you want us to insulate it"? and then drywall came down, insulation went up, new drywall and painting, and it was like they were never there (except the room is much warmer now). We changed the plans a number of times with no notice to them. They had no problems with that, adapted to our changes and the result was the usual Gala perfection. Scott and his crew are amazing to work with. They are the friendliest contractors I have ever had in my house. Polite, no nonsense people who produce a high quality, top shelf product for a very reasonable price. This is now the second time we have used them and we would use them again if we needed to. Another job very well done.

We presented Gala Kitchens and Bath with a job we had been dreading digging into since we bought our 104 year old house back in 2012. Basically we needed to remove an early 1970's kitchen, demolish a raised dining room floor, rebuild damaged and warped subflooring, and remove, replace and insulate 1914 era un-insulated lathe and plaster walls. Oh, yeah and we also needed them to build and install a custom, modern kitchen. They managed this, without any defects I can find, and without causing any damage at all to our house, not even a scratch. And all at a very reasonable price. These guys are top shelf kitchen and bathroom rebuilders, everything is custom made, and they seemingly can deal with any renovation, no matter how difficult. It was like "all you have to do is point" and they would just do it, fix it, replace it, no issues, no complaints, like magic. They gave us a beautiful, modern kitchen, very tough and functional but also extremely nice to look at, for a very reasonable price, according to our timelines and working with our schedule, and did it all with a friendliness and approach-ability that left us feeling very good about the whole affair. And they even cleaned our house afterwards. Vacuumed, dusted, it was like they had never been there. Highly recommended. These guys are pros. Top shelf, worth every penny.

Cleaned ducts and furnace in a rental building I own. Was overall satisfied with the work.

Pro Reno installed a 100 foot fence in our backyard. I would highly recommend them. The fence is arrow straight and a very clean and professional job. 100% satisfied and the price was very reasonable.

Hired Evan and his brother to repair brickwork on the front of our "century" home in Mount Dennis. Had received quotes from various companies in the $8-$9000 range for doing things such as blowing out dust from the mortar joints and dying the bricks. These two, on the other hand, simply rebuilt the front of the house, removing all of the old mortar, replacing it with the correct lime based mortar, rebuilding entire sections of brickwork where necessary and basically returning the front of the house to "as new" original condition. I have not seen anything like it. They also repaired holes in the mortar on each side of the house. The total job cost $3000.00 which was less than 1/2 of the other quotes we got and the work was amazing. The front of the house looks like new. It is 100 years old so that is an accomplishment. Would recommend these two to anyone. Very good work. I was more than surprised at what they could do.

Had them finish the exterior of a rear garage/shed behind my house. Work was done when they said it would be, was very high quality work and cost what they said it would cost. They insisted that I review the work and be satisfied with it before they would accept payment. Very easy to deal with and the job looks really good. Even installed two downspouts at no extra charge which were not included in the original quote. Would definitely recommend them. Five stars.
