I needed some help with a very small issue. I phoned around many places and got nowhere, which was not surprising given the size of the issue. But Matt got bock to me, and dropped by my place one day on his way to a job, to help out. I had no prior business with him, and yet he helped me out at no cost. It says a lot about him that he would help a stranger on the phone.
