We had Richard from Mr Nifty Clean come in and clean our carpets and furniture. The job was done with care and pride and we are thrilled with how wonderful everything looks! Romeo has done it again! The tile we chose looks so beautiful in our half bath and laundry area. He is professional, fair, friendly, easy to work with and does the best work I have ever seen. I would never call anyone else.

Right from my first contact of requesting a quote, I have had such a good experience - an email saying we received your request & will call you within 2 hours - and they did! Quote was quick & affordable. They came, did the job, cleaned everything up well. We are sad our big spruce trees were dying but soooo happy with the work that Sky High did!

We got a lot of quotes done when we were looking for new carpet. Costco was really great and competitive - great customer service too. Where they really have the edge though is on extending your carpet/underlay warranty to 30 years.
We needed to replace the glass in one of our fairly new windows - the customer service was great! Quick response, quick replacement & gave us some new handles because the current ones have cracks in them already. We had a nightmare of an experience when we bought the windows but the customer service in this area offered them some redemption from me.

The best customer service! Right from the quick response to get a quote, to the time that they were here to re-do our roof. We needed to finish off our basement to have more usable space. After checking with 5 contractors we chose Lee with CLB and have no regrets! He made mudding look like an art and easy & the finished room looks great! Lee is very easy to get along with & listens to what you want. He's a good guy and honest, a pro at what he does.
We have a very busy home with constant activity & kids running through it. The carpets looked like they were on their way out & that we would have to replace them. Pat came in & cleaned them - I couldn't believe they looked so GREAT!!!! We have had a few different companies come in over the years, no one has ever made me as happy as Nu-Life!

Rick & the Gang at Old West were professional, fast & gave awesome customer service! The house looked great after, all mess was cleaned up & taken away. They even fit us in quickly to install the 2nd half of the windows after Durabuilt made a mistake. Also impressed with the fact that I thought we were going to be freezing in the house when they were installing the windows (it was snowing!). We weren't freezing - they were quick & efficient!

We bought 15 windows & a patio door. I love the product BUT had zero customer service from the MANAGER!! They would never return phone calls, ordered half the windows in the wrong size.Never even apologized.Had to phone head office in Edmonton to get help twice (they were great:) Dealing with the Calgary office was the most painful & disrespectful retail experience I have EVER had in my life! BTW, I LOVE my windows - I would NEVER deal with the Calgary office again tho & CAN NOT recommend them.
