My kitchen sink was clogged and my insurance, through Enercare, sent me Derek from Marco Plumbing. Try as he might, he could not get that drain unclogged. He was polite, courteous and very tidy - cleaning whatever was under the sink after the failed attempt. He knew the next step would be to flush the drain....not covered by insurance and did his best! He gave me a quote for the flush...approximately $1400. My next step was to call my friends at Plumbers Supply to check whether I should go with Marco or if they could recommend another. They highly recommended Marco, and even 'price checked' for me - another win. Two days later Derek returned with Mark and now all's well in Whoville! Thank you to Plumbers Supply and Marco Plumbing and CERTAINLY Derek and Mark for prompt, polite and once again, tidy service!
