We have only good things to say about Demetris and his team! They gave great advice, worked fast and efficiently, did an excellent job, charged what they said they would charge, left the worksite clean, and best of all they were a pleasure to have in our home.

We phoned Atiar at 12:45 inquiring if he was able to come and look at our Fridge which wasn't cold. He immediately asked the right questions about make and model and gave us a window of 2-4 that same day to come. Due to school pickup we requested he come at the earlier part that window - and he was there at 2.. He looked at the Fridge, immediately knew the problem and fixed the problem (new thermostat and timer) and was gone in 30min. Great service and a pleasure to deal with - we couldn't ask for anything more!

Our experience with Sobol began with Archie making a single trip where he clearly explained the options, took measurements and then he followed up with a quote by email. We signed back and delivery and timing of installation was exactly as promised. The work itself was excellent, and the quality of the finishing trim was much better than we'd expected - particularly in our wonky old house. But the real difference with Sobol was the little things. Politeness, taking care while in our house, being very friendly and good natured with two little children wandering around. Absolutely no complaints or suggestions for improvement!

Bob came over quickly, but not too quickly (because he was obviously very busy - a good sign). We went up on the roof and he gave a comprehensive explanation of the challenges that were faced, the potentially unknown elements (extent of rotten wood beneath membrance that couldn't be evaluated until part of the roof was off) and opinions on things he thought we should consider - such as insulation. He was honest in what he said and there were no surprises. He worked with out budget to get us a great replacement roof with double the insulation we originally intended and didn't even charge us for all the joist and sheathing repair he did. His initial quote was slightly cheaper than the others we had, but not so cheap that we were suspicous of what our eventual payment would be... Best of all Everest were reliable - they showed up when they said they would and did the bulk of the work (650 ft2 flat roof replacement) in two days including skylight installation! They used our neighbour's driveway for access and were courteous and respectful of the situation. If you're considering a new roof you should talk to Everest.

These guys were exceptional. Called straight back, came straight over, decent price, high quality work with attention to detail. You should phone Mark and get him to do your carpeting!
