In Toronto’s competitive housing market, Portico recently inspected 3 homes we bid on. We accompanied Chris on each inspection and really appreciated his knowledge and his ability to explain issues in simple terms. He took his time, never rushed through the inspection and came up with good solutions and suggestions to potential problems. The written report was well laid out, included many images to illustrate issues, and was promptly provided upon completion of the inspection.
