Although we arranged a service call (to replace the toilet) at 16:00, Erle was in the area and we agreed to meet at 14:15. The level of professionalism was very impressive and the installation was seamless. I'm very impressed with Erle; he was quite friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.
