This was my first dealing with Mersey (our old supplier changed ownership and was no longer reliable). All aspects of their service are excellent, including appointment scheduling, arrival on time and diligent service of the furnace. Logan, the service tech, did a thorough examination and cleaning of the furnace and took the time to explain how to improve the system. I am very impressed with his knowledge and willingness to do a good job. I feel the furnace is in great shape for the winter and will definitely be using Mersey again for future tune-ups or if any issues should arise. Highly recommended.

Excellent service! Called Yaron for eavestrough and siding repair and he scheduled an appointment for the very next day. He arrived at the promised time with a confirming call in advance to let us know he was on his way. Once here, he thoroughly inspected the eaves/siding and suggested solutions to fix the problems. Then the work was completed efficiently and expertly. Yaron is very professional and a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely use Solid Eavestrough again and highly recommend this company to others.

We had three fixtures replaced/installed. All aspects of the service were excellent, including rapid booking of the appointment by the office, confirming calls for the appointment, arriving at the scheduled time, and thorough and professional completion of the work with full clean up. All in all a very pleasant experience. This is the fourth time we have used Captain Electric (including a full update of our electrical system) and we will definitely call them again in future. We had the glass replaced in three double hung bathroom windows and the entire experience was excellent. The service was prompt and efficient. There was a slight glitch with one of the windows, but when I called about this they responded immediately and corrected the minor flaw perfectly. We highly recommend Windowfix and would definitely use them again in future.

Excellent service! We are renovating and scheduled multiple visits with Caldwell to remove and install toilets, sinks, faucets, shut-off valves, and a laundry tub and all of the work was completed to our complete satisfaction. Everyone is very professional and courteous, including Drew in the office who provided quick and complete communication and the plumbers Mike and Kenny who completed the work and are a pleasure to deal with. Appointments were kept on time and everything was done right the first time with solid installations and complete clean-up. We highly recommend Caldwell and will be using them for our future plumbing needs.

Absolutely the best! Ross and Erik arrived on time (despite a snow storm), and did a terrific job at a very fair price. They installed a new floor in our bathroom that required a number of tricky cuts and inlays and the result is fantastic. They took great care to make sure everything was done properly and did a complete clean up afterwards. Ross and Erik are very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and a real pleasure to work with. The communication is also excellent with calls returned promptly and scheduling that suited our needs. We very highly recommend My Go 2 Guys Handyman Services and will definitely be using them in future for all our home handyman needs.

Ramiro and Sam were at our house on two occasions to re-grout an extensive hallway and to clean tile and grout in two rooms. They spent a great deal of time and worked very diligently ensuring that the job was done right. We are very pleased with the results and definitely recommend them to anyone thinking of getting tile and grout work.

We very highly recommend Captain Electric. We have aluminum wiring that is 40 plus years old that had some problems. Captain Electric did a complete wiring rejuvenation replacing/rewiring approximately 100 items including fixtures, switches, receptacles/outlets, GFCIs, etc. A crew of 5 arrived precisely at the scheduled time and worked diligently and completed the job in one day. All the old fixtures, switches, outlets and packaging were removed so that there was no mess at all. The entire crew are very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Our electric system is now in great shape which was confirmed by the inspector who came to evaluate the work completed. All aspects of the job were first-rate, including the office staff who arranged the quote/work appointments and made confirmation calls. This is a terrific company and we will absolutely use them for all future electrical needs.

This is a terrific company. They arrived at the scheduled time with a confirming call in advance. Once here they took a great deal of time to review the work request and to present their credentials and guarantees. They were called to correct poor work provided by another company (that company had replaced a 30 Amp dual pole breaker with a 40 Amp dual pole and replaced other breakers that they said were "defective"). Realizing I had been had, I called Captain Electric to evaluate the changes. They confirmed that the 40 Amp breaker was wrong and, to be safe, I asked them to redo all the work the other company did. Everything was completed efficiently and expertly. I can not say enough about the professionalism of all the staff and the expertise of the attending electrician, Kevin. I will definitely use Captain Electric again and highly recommend them to others.

After obtaining four quotes, I went with Spring Home based on their solid reputation and thorough evaluation of my home's heating needs. They Installed a top line Lennox furnace, humidifier and air cleaner. All aspects of the service were excellent, including the sales process (informative, helpful), installation (on time, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient) and office support (confirmation calls, help with rebates), all for a fair price. I highly recommend Spring Home - they are the best.
