I phoned Dimitar in the morning and by 1pm my locks were keyed. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the extra care to find keys that I liked (I know, who "likes" keys?! but I had a nice heavy large key originally and he found me one similar). He even made sure my cats did not get outside while he was doing the work. He is a third generation locksmith and knows his work.

The installers had to coordinate their efforts with our interlocking install and came three times at the agreed times; to mark the posts, to install the posts, and to install the cover. Josh was easy to contact if we had any questions and the company kept us up to date on progress. We have recommended the cover to our neighbours, who have been stopping by to ask if they can take a look. This is the right product for anyone who would like to expand and improve their outdoor living space and add beauty to their patio.

From the beginning, the team from Isena Contracting stood out from other landscape designers we contacted for our backyard project. Our project involved 800sq feet of interlocking for a walkway, a backyard patio, and against the side of the house. They also recommended and included drainage, a small curb, and some beautiful finishing details. The work is immaculate and beautiful, it is nicer than what we expected. They also had to coordinate with the installation of a patio cover, which they did expertly. We selected them from the four other companies we interviewed because we trusted them based on their recommendations and experience, they listened carefully to our goals for our outside renovation, and they were creative and practical (those two things do not always come in one package) in designing a renovation that met our needs. Not only do they have extensive background in renovation, but they do the work themselves!! I work from home, saw their work, and it is clear that they care about the work they do, they dedicated themselves to our project, and they completed on time and on budget. Even our neighbours commented on the care they took with their work and how beautiful the finished product was. At the beginning, we were provided with project drawings which were accurate and visually depicted what we could expect. Each day they cleaned the worksite and they treated it like their own backyard. They followed up with us to ensure we were happy. We will have them back for our outdoor projects. Book this company before they get too busy, they are going to be very popular.

I contacted Arsim from Dreni Carpet to provide an estimate on removing old carpet and installing new carpet for my entire townhouse before I sold it. He arrived on time and brought carpet samples. He also estimated the quantity of carpet required and the project cost. He was able to start the job a few days later and worked with his team to remove and dispose of the old carpet and install new carpet. He did a great job, especially on the stairs. He was professional, completed the project on time, and the cost was the same as he provided an estimate for.
