I dealt with the owner Ernesto who was nice enough. His crew did good work and I was relatively satisfied. Unfortunately when I tried to get him back 11 months later to fix something very minor he just kept putting me off. His contract clearly states that "Job guaranteed for one year". Doesn't seem like he honours this guarantee. I have called and spoken to him 4 times and still hasn't shown up to repair the minor issue.

Bill promptly provided reasonably priced quote. Excellent & efficient workmanship. Repairs various cracks that leaked. One still leaked & was back to fix the day after I called, with no compaints from them but an actual apology! None have leaked since 2009 even with torrential rains. I am very pleased and have recommended company to various friends and family. 7 year warranty! P.S. I found out that this company is used by Tarion (New Home Warranty Co.) to fix basement issues.
