Save yourself the hassle - DO NOT AND ONCE AGAIN DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Wanted to get an oversized Chinese wool rug cleaned and Mohamad when contacted came within few hours to give a quote . He would do all the sweet talk to get the business and will promise you Stars and moon. After his recommendation to not to take large wool rug to the plant , agreed to have it steam cleaned at home. He came to do the cleaning on July 18, 2023. Also gave him the added business to do the stairs etc. After the heavy rug dried out, it looks even dirtier than before. When contacted Mohamad on July 21st , he asked to send the pictures and from thereon there was complete silence. Sent him text message on July 31st and still no response. As expected, he started ignoring calls until called his contact person to complain of his poor service. That is when he called and his tone changed. He started making all kinds of excuses that he would contact his repair guy and would get back. As expected, no further communication and no after sale service ZERO. The Rug looks so much worse after cleaning. Called 3 more companies to show the same each and everyone of them said that it looks so dirty and especially rug of this size should have never been cleaned at home. Am now giving business to another company who will take to the plant to fix all the flaws and poor quality of work done by Dirt Draggers.

Mohamad was working in same block due to which he was able to come quickly and give you quote

We are glad you like the result of stair Clenaing

When mohamad come he gave you both the option to clean the rug at the plant and in home

He told you that washing rug in plant to better but you chose to go with cheaper option to wash in home which is fine. But when mohamad show you that's certain stain will not go of glue or paint in either situation washing in house or washing in plant. It need to reweave.

You agree that it's fine it will hide under coffee table and you agree that it's fine if the stain don't go.

It need special skill and we can't do in the same price.

Mohamad still schedule to come back after 1 month and see what is the option to resolve the issiue. After 1 month of services done.

But you don't want to spend money on the used rug you bought form some one and it's chines wool rug

Not worth to spend money on repair

You started blaming mohamad that the rug look more worst, where he inform all out come of the stain

But still if you want us to resolve the issiue we can reweave the rug where there paint or glue stain and it can resolve the issiue.

Got the front custom door installed by HTR windows. It was a challenge to begin with, there being so many options out there. After meeting Dennis, we found him to be a professional from the onset and a very hands on guy. He was extremely patient and took the time to understand our vision and made the recommendations accordingly. There was no pressure and he was always available for appointments, even at a short notice. On the day of scheduled installation, Dennis arrived with his team and made it a very easy experience with little disruption and left the area spotless. We are very pleased with the quality of work and the door looks great. Highly recommended!

C&X recently did complete renovation of 3 washrooms, powder room and the laundry room. This included total gutting of the bathroom followed by complete re-build for a shower room, including insulation, drywall, reconfiguring drain system, plumbing and venting, tiling of the walls and floor followed by the installation of all bathroom fixtures. Sam and his team were very friendly and professional and consulted us on all aspects of the project including tile layout and placement of bathroom fixtures. We have no reservations about recommending Sam and his team whose attributes also include attention to every detail in the project as well as making recommendations. The work started on schedule and was completed on timely basis. Sam is an honest guy and works tirelessly for 10 hrs. everyday without taking any break and would treat your house as his own. All the washrooms look amazing and for our other projects, Sam is the guy.

DO NOT AND DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. We had our hardwood installed by Tdi and just within few months we started hearing squeaks. There was no response from Fred and during personal visits he was never available. During installation, his employee Mike was always chatting on the phone and his installer Tony hired some students to do the installation and hardly showed up. All the calls were being ignored and now the whole floor is squeaky and is an absolute disaster.

Do not ever use this guy for your painting project. He is totally incompetent and unprofessional . He will make promises, take your money, leave a complete mess and stop returning phone calls.

Vienna hired me to paint the exterior windows frames of home. the paint on the window frames were peeling and in some areas were rotting. not to mention that there were some that didnt even open due to the age of the windows. i had told her that i would scap the loose peeling paiint sand, prime and paint in a white weather guard paint. at the end of the project, she paid me the balance owing. 7 days later she called me and said that the windows needed more scraping. there was nothing else i can do to make the windows look better. i did what we agreed, however she was expecting a different result.
