I spent a lot of time reviewing and speaking to contractors about removing the popcorn off my living and dining room ceiling. I knew it was going to be a messy job but thankfully Tyler covered literally everything to keep the dust within the rooms he was working on. I have to say, I didnt expect my ceiling to turn out so well!! Its smoother than a babys butt! Tyler really did a fantastic job and hes super friendly and very accommodating. I specifically told the owner that I was looking for a team that would clean my house from top to bottom before I moved in with all my belongings. I had some minor work done in the house and wanted to be sure that everything was spotless and dust free. Unfortunately, there were many areas overlooked and I emailed the company pictures with my complaints. They were nice enough to send someone back for a couple of hours but it just wasn't as clean as I hoped. If you are looking for professional cleaning, these aren't the folks to be using. If you are looking for an expensive cleaning service, then they are it. Had I known, I would have hired a cleaning person at $20 an hour rather than $50 an hour for just an ok job.

Zion and his team did a great job painting my house from top to bottom. They did some major plastering as well and I am delighted with the results. Zion was very patient with me changing my mind with colour every other day and handled all my concerns and questions without fail. Right from the start I knew Soroush was the contractor I wanted to help with improvements around my recently purchased home. He is a skilled tradesman and I am delighted with all of the work he did for me. I know I drove him crazy with me changing my mind every other day or adding new things that I wanted done, but Soroush was patient with my concerns and handled all my needs. I had an ugly drop ceiling from the seventies and he updated it to pot lights and under counter lighting. It now looks modern and bigger! Soroush also installed my basement floor and took care of the electrical needs throughout the house. They even vacuumed and cleaned up after the job was done!
