Needed service for my microwave under first year warranty, called got immediate appointment for next day. Service man named Robert called in the AM to set a two hour window when he would arrive, he came closer to the beginning of the window of time and was very courteous and knowledgable, so refreshing to get good customer service, thank you Home Appliance Repair and Robert!!!!
