I called Premium Custom Shutters after reviewing their Homestars profile and checking out their website. Ken came over and provided me and my husband with a no pressure quote and great advice to help us with our decision. Five days later we called Ken back to confirm we wanted to go ahead with the order and he came back to do a final measure. Approx. 3 weeks later the installers arrived on time and installed shutters for 23 windows in about 3 hours. Ken also came by to assist with the install and did a walk through with us to ensure that everything was exactly the way we wanted it. He also gave us some additional tips on use and maintenance. Ken and his team were polite, friendly, efficient, professional and to date this is one of best companies we've ever worked with when it comes to our home. In addition to excellent service the price was unbeatable. We never make it a point to always go for the lowest price because sometimes you get what you pay for, but in this case we got everything we could ask for and then some.
