This is my second job that I have done by Yair and there is nothing negative I can say for either of them. Yair is a guy that you meet and you trust. When he gives me a quote, I don't even bother looking around because he knows his product and how to price it. I had 7 closets designed in our recently purchased (older) condominium. We had to plan for so many things and Yair was amazing with his ideas and final plan. We even planned for storage of winter tires in our ensuite storage closet. Oh and another amazing part - the new closet doors - 10 of them on 5 closets and they are unreal. They are seamless and add such character brightness and moderness to the rooms. The installers are a pleasure to work with, very respectful workers. They were here for about 15 hours in total and Yair has been back for a couple fine tunings. Yair ensures the customer is happy and we are nothing less than extatic with the finished product.

It's impossible to imagine the work involved in even the preparation for removing a stucco ceiling filled with asbestos, let alone the actual removal and the clean up that follows. I spoke with Manny in March and scheduled a job for a specific week in April and he booked me. His quote was better than others, and he definately came in on budget. Manny is a man of his word, he takes his business seriously and wants to ensure that the customer is happy. He showed up with his workers on the day we agreed upon, and he finished a day and a half early - his guys worked extra hard because they knew we had a plastering company booked to start on a certain date. At the end of the day, we were very happy and it's always nice when a man like Manny comes along that you know you'll be able to trust with your home and is able to price a job and come in on budget. I'm sorry it took so long to write this review but it's been a busy crazy summer. You can put your trust in Manny and his crew for your asbestos removal / needs or whatever other services they provide. There are great people in the world and Manny is one of them.

After having my ceiling totally re-plastered, the company I contracted out had Moore Brothers as their painters. After meeting Kevin and his painters and seeing the wonderful finish they did with the multiple square footage involved, I asked if they would paint the whole condominium. Kevin was very accommodating. With his help, we were able to pick all of our colors within 24 hours and seamlessly the painters finished the ceiling and returned for another 3 days to finish the painting. Kevin came in on budget, he uses only the top of the line Benjamin Moore paints but you cannot beat the quality of the finished product. Here we are 2 months later and we've completed so much in a short period of time because we found Kevin to do a job that would have taken me months to complete on my own with my busy schedule . The workers were on time, they were very courteous, respectful, and I would recommend them to anyone who wants a painting job done properly.

After finding out our condo had asbestos in the ceiling, we hired a company to remove all of the ceiling down to cement. We had to find someone to re-apply a new plastered ceiling and after our search came into contact with McDermott Plastering. Where do I begin to put these lifesavers in the highest standard possible. Shane is amazing - he's a charismatic guy. As soon as you talk to him you get a sense of trust. He came in with a quote that I was comfortable with. He knows his stuff and was confident and told me the maximum I would pay for the job and he came in right on budget. The guys were on time, were always professional, always had great explanations for all the questions we had. They used a special plastering system that dries faster, but is higher quality than any other on the market. The guys cleaned up daily and again the respect they had for us was exemplary. If you compare our ceiling to a skating rink it's not shiny, but the evenness is unreal. We couldn't have asked for a better job. We've also drilled into the ceiling for blinds and miscellaneous hangings, and there is no type of defects that I can report. The painters Shane uses to paint the ceiling are also amazing and after meeting them and working with them I decided to have them paint the whole condo. If you need any job done and Shane says him and his men can do it, trust his word and you will be happy because he will not stop until you are. Thanks again guys, Jim and Gabi
