He went well out of his way to accommodate my crazy experience and overall nightmare for a 60” Samsung LED. I dealt with a defective unit that had to be un-mounted for pickup and a new one remounted on separate days. Wayne didn’t hesitate to give me a helping hand to take down and hang my new TV and practically charged me nothing for this. He has outstanding quality and pride in his work and is very detailed and precise. To be honest it’s like he’s hanging something in his own house and has a lot of price in his workmanship. My wife couldn’t believe how careful he was with everything and loved the fact he brought his own vacuum and cleaned everything up. She also loved the fact there was absolutely NO wiring AT ALL and he used wonderful faceplates for all the wiring that was run. His HDMI, soundbar brackets, surge protector power bars and audio cables saved me a ton of money and are exceptional quality. Overall Wayne provides amazing service.
