An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
While installing my new hot tub, I noticed large ants around my deck. After a little research, I realized that we had carpenter ants. I called a few companies only one picked up on the first ring, BestOkill. I spoke to Andrew who was professional and courteous. He sent one of his technicians to treat the affected area. Since then, I haven't seen the ants. A well deserved 10 in my opinion.
