An overall outstanding experience for $63.27/month including taxes with option to buy. From the initial contact from Chris N. who provided the estimate to the installers Mike G. and Taylor S., I was treated like a customer should. Everyone arrived on time, were professional and polite, dressed appropriately, cleaned up their mess and most importantly did not come across as a bunch of yahoos blasting loud music heard across the neighbourhood, nor did they yell at each other while discussing their dating life. Yes, seriously. The installed work was demonstrated and the smart thermostat was explained in detail. You will pay more for a Reliance install, but I believe it is worth it considering ongoing maintenance and worry-free support for years to come. Reliance Home Comfort is a class act all the way.

Cherry and Clark replaced my roof shingles three years ago, and I really did not appreciate the level and quality of service until I compare their efforts with that of other roofers working in our area. Other budget roofers leave their work sites a mess afterwards (I am still finding nails and debris after our neighbours roof was complete by a budget company), do not place plywood to protect windows from possible breakage, do not communicate clearly and often with the homeowner, often work on a cash, no tax or receipt basis (good luck on that warranty), and blare their music/yell at each other while working (not professional yahoos). Cherry and Clark rose above these fly by night operates. Their crew arrived on time, was friendly, worked hard, cleaned up their work area afterwards and acted as professionals. The best recommendation came from another premium roofing company when I called for a quote. The estimator saw my Cherry and Clark folder, and said "You can't go wrong with that company. They do good work." You find cheaper budget roofers who advertise with lawn signs. But if you want good service and installation done by professionals, Cherry and Clark won't disappoint. Highly recommended.

Let's face it. No one wants to spend money on repairing appliances. Yes, you can complain they don't last as long as long as the ones built decades ago. But that does very little to getting your clothes clean when your washer leaks. And when you call for repair service, the technicians don't consider that your time is also valueable, and give you 4-8 hour slots or arrive late. Due to the preious reviews posted on Homestars, I contacted Top Tech Appliance Service. Mors came out to diagnose the leaky washer problem within the hour timeframe he initially informed me. Mors followed through with subsequent phone calls and visits when he told me he would call and visit. Rates were reasonable. Came professionally dressed, and answered questions in a way I did not feel silly. Highly recommended.
