I received a few quotes for this work. I was looking for a reputable company that noted on their website that they had all the applicable licenses and oversight. What won me over was the fact that this is a family-owned company as well as the fact that they were very responsive to requests and directions. Price was a lesser factor for me but they certainly delivered on that as well.

Customers are wise to be price conscious but they also need to consider if they are getting good value. We do have all the proper licensing. Our installers are well trained and have plenty of eavestrough installation experience. Our equipment is always in good repair and we carry liability insurance. Customer service is essential. Large home, major renovation to upstairs including bathrooms, storage and hardwood floors. I was away when the hallway and master bedroom were laid. Came back - beautiful! The company worked around the various stages of this renovation, including us moving furniture back and forth and laying additional sub-floor. Our project manager, Binns, recommended them.

Squirrels nesting in the garage and rafters. We live near greenspace, so asked ICE to install a system to let the current critters out and not back, and to keep all future hopeful critters out. Installed right away. Came back in the fall and removed the gateway, ensured everything was back to normal.

We have just engaged Binns for our 3rd renovation project. Two years ago, we had our kitchen gutted and redone. It went from a completely inadequate builder's design, to a beautiful functional kitchen (had to keep my husband, the cook, happy). Last year was the main bathroom, now a great bathroom with fashionable and workable fixtures. Our designer, Rick Farrell, designed sleek and functional spaces, and made great suggestions on decor, paint colour, fixtures, etc. Even watched the bottom line by making suggestions about work (such as painting and installing baseboards) that we could easily do. Patrick managed the projects and hats-off to Paul, who renovated the bathroom. So we are on to our 3rd project, the ensuite bathroom. I highly recommend Binns and Rick for kitchens and bathrooms!

Great customer service, both on the phone and at the door. I had a dead tree (ice storm) and 2 stumps from other shrubs to grind down. I thought I might be left with empty holes or woodchipped filled holes. Not so, they put great soil in, raked the area, and cleaned the driveway and sidewalk with a blower. Very happy!

It's been 3 years since having this work done. I hadn't been able to really afford it until just the last few weeks. Called Seal Tech (who has restored our driveway 2 times before) and they could schedule right away. Great service, staff amazing. I would recommend to anyone looking to have their interlock paving restored.
