Daniel came out to see the job and determine our needs. He was very professional and listened carefully to what we wanted to do and made suggestions to help. Jeremy and Matt arrived at the time promised and got to work right away. We were expecting dust and all kinds of noise and were pleasantly surprised with the limited amount of dust and noise that the job caused. Both team members patiently answered our questions as the job progressed. The quality of the work done is top class and we are very happy that Garage Living was our first choice to undertake this work for us. We are absolutely delighted with our 'brand new' garage and feel that the company is well named. Our floor had huge cracks in it which have been eliminated and now the floor looks perfect. It certainly gives credence to the thought that one could 'live' in a garage upgraded by Garage Living. Thank you so much for a great job!

Rick came to check out the job and gave us a date for the work to be scheduled. He gave us some very appreciated advice about staining and finishing. Rick's knowledge and understanding of our needs, along with a very clear estimate of the cost of our job sold us on using this company. Eugene and Elisabeth arrived at the time and date promised. They got to work immediately ensuring that our property were properly protected with plastic sheeting. They worked hard the whole time they were in our home and they cleaned up each day leaving the work area in an immaculate state. This team did very high quality work in a very professional manner and I will certainly use this company without reservation for future jobs. There is no alternative in my opinion to this company and I am pleased to recommend it.

We went to the showroom and were immediately impressed with the quality of the products shown. Gabriel gave us a quote after we gave him our measurements. These were confirmed by Andrii who was to install them. The team arrived at the time they promised and worked hard and efficiently to get the job done within the scheduled time. Our hardwood floors, furniture and exterior were well protected and everywhere was thoroughly cleaned up at the end of the installation. We are very appreciative of the work of Andrii and Vitaly who left us with a beautiful job which we are very pleased with. We highly recommend this company to anyone who appreciates excellent product quality and work with a reasonable price tag for it all.

We have received excellent personal service from both Jeff and Matt This is a company whose members arrive at the scheduled time, completes the work agreed to and at a reasonable cost. Jeff is very knowledgeable about energy saving products for the home and we have taken advantage of his suggestions. Both Jeff and Matt are very courteous and considerate of our property and scrupulously clean up the their work area before leaving. Jeff researched the different options that are available to us for the new programmable timer that we need to have installed. He is an excellent communicator who explains his work at every step of the way so that we felt comfortable with the improvements he made to our system. We would highly recommend this company.

We called on Reliable to replace our 27 year old furnace and air conditioner.The team headed up by Rob, came at the arranged time and got down to work right away. Due to limited space and ingenuity Jaime placed the intake pipe through the ductwork and voila no destruction, no mess. The team checked that the furnace and air conditioner were working. The workmanship was superior in every way, the communication was top rate and every detail of the work was explained to us. The respect for our property and the clean up is very appreciated. I highly recommend this company.

Very pleased to have received a brochure in my mail box from Public Plumbing. After checking this company on Homestars I called for an appointment with a plumber. Phil arrived in short order and on time he explained the work needed to install the new low flush toilet. He showed me that shut off valves should be installed along with isolation valves for safety. We had these done throughout the house. The work that Phil did for us means that our home is Code compliant which it was not previously. Phil always arrived on time and was very patient and helpful. We are more that grateful for his work and feel lucky to have such an experienced and honest plumber working in our best interests. Thank you Phil and Public plumbing you are the best!

Excellent experience from start to finish. My first contact was with Stanley, with whom I booked the service. A follow up email ensued confirming the details of what to expect the day of the cleaning. great instructions about how to prepare our home and property for the actual cleaning. We had to reschedule and received an email one week before the appointment. This was followed up with a phone call to answer any questions I might have. Mark and Kevin arrived on time and throughout the process were friendly and courteous answering my questions professionally and clearly. I was dreading the anticipated mess and noise that I thought would occur and was pleasantly surprised that there was neither mess and only minimal noise. I appreciated being shown the before and after photos of the excellent work. I truly appreciated the superior work and the fact that our home was cared for during and after the completion of the project. I highly recommend this company and will use it again.

We phoned Vlad on July 19 2013 following our basement flooding from the recent storm. Vlad arrived at the time he promised [45 minutes after our call!] Everything was explained to us as to what was needed to do the job, the price was quoted and the contract signed. We had every confidence that this project would be completed efficiently and professionally and it was. Our trust was not misplaced as Vlad arrived with his incredible team, Alex and Vasily, who got to work right away on preparing the area for the installation of the valve. We were treated at all times with the greatest courtesy and the job done was of excellent.quality. Vlad also told us about the grant available from the City of Toronto for dealing with such needs as we had. Furthermore he completed the application forms for us. The service we received from Mr. Plumber was superior in every way. Vlad and his dedicated team came to us even after 'work hours' to ensure that our job was completed within the time frame promised.It was completed on July 25 much to our relief.Thank you Vlad for the wonderful job...you should really change your company name to include the word WONDERFUL in it!
