I always wanted a pergola over my patio. I wanted something that was going to complement my backyard gardens and pool. I found Gormwood on the internet and started looking at their designs. I just loved them. I called and spoke with Rich, I told him I wasn't sure what I wanted. He drove to Welland the same day and we discussed what might be the best design for my backyard patio. I gave him my price point and he said he would design something special for me. He called me a few days later, and emailed the most spectacular 2 tier pergola design. His design was far above anything I could have ever hoped for. We agreed on a price and an installation date. It took about a week for the entire project to be completed. Everyone who comes over to my house, compliments me on my beautiful pergola! Rich's workmanship and professionalism made it a pleasure to have him work at my home. I would highly recommend Rich (Gormwood Inc.) to anyone who would like to have excellent quality of work done.
