The ISA certified arborist from Oakridge Tree Service was prompt and professional. He really knew his trees, and did an excellent job pruning the four trees on our property. All of our trees experienced increased growth in the year that followed, and we're looking forward to having Oakridge come again this May.
The door he delivered was NOT the door he showed us in the store. He returned on a second day with yet a second door that was not the door he showed us in the store. We accepted the door because he said if we didn't allow him to install the door before the weekend, he'd be leaving town and we wouldn't have it installed for 2 weeks. Several days later he sent George. George was sweet and friendly, but had apparently never installed a door before in his life. He planed the door incorrectly, leaving the edge anything but flat. Light appears on all four sides of the door. Although we paid Bill Prost to paint and install the door, he left the door with one coat of primer, and the planed edges exposed. The door still does not shut smoothly and light/air escape into our home. Additionally, it took George four different visits (each 4hr-8hrs in duration) before he disappeared and never returned. Avoid doing business with both Bill Prost and George unless you're left with no other alternative.
