Jose completed a basement renovations for us. Including a complete renovation of bedroom and lounge area. This included demolishing, drywalling, taping, new venting for HVAC, new ceiling, and painting. Jose and his crew were punctual, clear in communication in terms of timelines, costs and challenges that arose. Most importantly Jose was very professional throughout the renovation and made us feel comfortable through his honest, friendly demeanour. We would be happy to recommend APV.

We completed a full basement renovation, including a bathroom, bedroom and flooring etc... After meeting with numerous contractors and not being impressed, we decided to call MP Renovations. After meeting with Octavio and Janey, we had a feeling that they would do a great job. Octavio was great! he was always on time, and worked within the hours we requested. His craftmanship and technical skills were evident in the quality of the work. He was extremely polite, and clean! always putting his tools and materials away at the end of each day, which we considered very impressive. The project was also completed on time (1 month) Janey was a great communicator, and problem solver that handled a variety of design issues we had during the renovation. All this made them a very impressive team. I would recommend them highly to anyone looking to complete a renovation, although we don't want them getting too busy! As we will be using them for future projects. Thank you for the wonderful new basement!
