Thank you very much for sending Cec, the service technician to help us with our problem. Cec was very conscious about putting on her shoe protectors and keeping her work area clean. She went to work right away and in no time discovered where the problem was. Cec was also very informative, explaining what the best course of action would be and the possible causes of the problem.
