Jose and his son have been working after my HVAC needs for probably 8 or 9 years now. They installed a new a/c, a new furnace and a new water tank. Jose's prices are fair and he has always been there for me whenever I've needed him.

Jose has been doing work for me for a number of years. He has replaced my furnace, my air conditioner, and a humidifier. His work is good, his prices are fair and when needed, he is there promptly. I would recommend Jose to anyone.

Horrible horrible. Thanks to this guy, my kitchen reno which should have taken a few months, ended up taking over a year. He was referred by the kitchen company to replace my floors and to knock down a wall. He also became responsible for doing the electrical, plumbing, etc. I refused to pay for the floors until they were repaired or changed. He sent guys to do the electrical but it wasn't up to code and I had to hire real electricians to tear out their mess and re-do it properly. The floors were not installed badly and the wood was cut on my new deck and left there for a month.. The finish is ruined. My house was left in a horrible mess for six months after that; furniture all piled up in the living/dining rooms, blocking the doorways, until finally I found a handyman who knew what he was doing. Horrible, horrible, horrible experience!
I have been in business 24 years. I use fully licensed trades with insurance and WSIB. All my work is inspected. I complete over 30 renovations per year. Lets just say this client was interesting.
Before hiring Genesis I checked out a few other roofing companies. Genesis gave me a great price and great service. I was told the work would begin in three weeks and it was! Completed in one day and someone came to make sure everything was done properly and that any mess was cleaned up! It's easy to see why this company has been in business over 30 years. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and professional. Genesis Roofing was a pleasure to do business with.

The people at California Kitchens were helpful and built very nice cabinets. When they were ready to be installed, the cabinets were delivered at the time quoted and except for a few small issues (which were addressed as soon as they were brought to the company's attention), the installation was done well.
