Tom and his team are fantastic to work with. I had them install the electrical for a hot tub 4 years ago and then I rehired them this month for another job. Tom always takes the time to explain the work he will be doing and checks in with you to make sure that you are happy with the job. His customer service is excellent and he's also just a really nice guy. I have recommended him to many of my friends.

I used Homestars to gather quotes rather than rely on website reviews. Of the 3 companies who replied to my request, Golden Tiger was the only one that gave me a written quote. Thinu was very friendly and always respectful. He gave me advance notice when he would be working and let me know if there were going to be any weather related delays. The job took a few day and he even came back when I asked for an additional adjustment. Most contractors are very busy these days but Thinu and his team gave my pool encolsure their full attention and they followed the city bylaws to the letter. I plan to hire them again for my future projects.

I've purchased my first hot tub and the service I received from the moment I walked into the door of the Spa Shoppe was exceptional. Stuart was friendly, patient and attentive. I had so many questions but I left feeling well looked after. My tub arrived this week and the communication with Stuart throughout the entire process was excellent.
