I’ve worked with Ian Ritchie and Home Smart since 2005. In that time Ian has done a variety of services for me at my Point Grey home. Such services have included moss control, pressure washing, the cleaning of eaves troughs and window cleaning. Ian and his crew have always been quick to get here and his staff execute well on the plan we put together. I’m very satisfied with their work. Robert S.

Thanks for using us all these years for Window Cleaning, Gutter Cleaning, Power Washing and Moss Control for your roof. I still remember you telling my daughter she could jump in your hot tub when I came by to estimate with her. I think she was 7 at the time. She's 18 now = O Can you believe it. I really appreciate having a beer with you at your place at the end of one of my work days. It's always nice connecting with a customer on a personal level.
