Buying my first home in Canada, and wanted someone who knew what they were doing and ended up with David through a work colleague. Was priced right for what we needed, and showed up ready to go. So glad we hired him, as he was able to detect a gas leak that could have been a safety issue and it's now written into our contract for the Seller to look after. Very informative report, and explained everything as he was reviewing, letting us know what he was looking for before he found anything. Knows what he's doing and would not hesitate to refer him to anyone I know.
