He sticks to the budget and he gets the job done in a timely manner. Additionally, he is unfailingly polite and helpful. Our latest job with the bathroom reno was especially difficult. We were under extreme time pressure. KC really went above and beyond to get this bathroom done. He sourced hard to find materials, worked late and cancelled his personal plans to ensure this job was done as quickly as possible. He really made it as easy as he possibly could on us.
