Lior painted my house. He is excellent skilled painter. He did fabulous job in my house. It wasn’t easy job as it is older house with a lot of plaster. My house looked amazing once he was finished with the job. I highly recommend him.

I paid for one month to trim bushes and mow small front yard. Contract was to provide twice per month. Front yard was mowed once. It was terrible job. Grass was uneven and sides weren’t trimmed. Chris made lousy excuses about coming for second cut or trim bushes. His quote was $70 for grass cut and $40 for trimming bushes. He never touched bushes and mowed lawn for 10 minutes. He refunded about $58 back out of $124. It’s bit outrageous to charge $66 for awful job done in 10 minutes. Only reason he refunded because I paid by visa and could have reported his company for fraud. Save yourself headache and avoid this company. This is normal code of business for Chris.

Tomar and Tal completed my basement unit which was left incomplete by other contractor. Tomar was helpful in taking this project during busy time of the year for renovation. This was second property that they have worked on for me. I find them reliable and do what they say would do. I will hire them again.

I contacted spring homes based on high rating on home stars. They absolutely lived up to this super high rating. Excellent service!!! Totally worth dealing with spring home over any other dealer.

Tal and Tomar renovated my investment property. They renovated 3 bathrooms, revitalized old parquet floors (sanded, stained and varnished), 1 kitchen, installed vinyl plank floors in the basement, painting etc. I closed on this property on March 28(Friday). They started work on March 31 and completed on April 21. Completion date was very important as its income property and they delivered above expectations in terms of timing, price and craftsmanship. I would definitely work with them in future. I highly recommend to others.

I had an issue with water heater. Tech named Lorne from dupont came in. He was on time however he had no sense of direction when it came to water heater. Not impressed with him at all. He opened up gas cascade when there was no need for it. Now I have to replace gas cascade and had to hire someone else to fix it. He just created more work then he needed to. I called another company and tech was able to figure issue in 10 minutes where as DuPont tech spend 1.5 hour messing around. I even called dupont to qestion their tech's qualifications and they told me he is qualifed. He might be qualified however he is to not efficient at all. I will never call this company again.
