Unbelievably good moving service. I'd had horrible luck for my previous two moves, resulting in long delays, late arrivals, broken items, and slow service. These guys showed up 30 minutes EARLY to assess everything, and did not slow down once they began. They hit my 3 hour booking window I had to book for each building elevators, and didn't go over by one minute on either. Moving sucks, and having movers like these make such an impact on a stressful day. I won't use anyone else going forward, and will recommend them to everyone.

I've had an awful experience hiring movers in the past, but heard about Impact Zone from a family member that has used them multiple times, so I figured I'd give them a shot. They arrived exactly on time, moved quickly, cared for all of our items, and didn't damage a single thing, including the hallways and walls in both buildings. Kim is a rockstar, and I'll be hiring them again in the future.

2 hours late, broke my tv and are now ignoring my calls (even got hung up on twice). Starting the small claims procedure this week, and a CBC reporter is doing a story on them.
