Bevam drywalled and dens shielded my upstairs bathroom. It was done quickly, and on budget. He even had to navigate some tricky framing (100 year old house), and had to build out the wall in some places in order to properly install drywall. All the time, he kept me informed about what he was doing, and followed up after the job to make sure everything was done properly. This is the second job Bevam has done for me. Last year he drywalled my garage which looks fantastic as well.

Cody did a fantastic job cleaning a number of windows in my high park home. His prices are reasonable, he is fast, but most importantly, he does quality work. Will definitely use him again.

Noticed a sewer smell coming from the main drain in the basement. Turns out that sewer water was backing up into the house from the main cleanout in the front yard. House was built in the 1920's, so not overly surprised by this. Valentin came over, snaked the drain with a camera, and immediately identified the problem. His guys were there next day, and problem was solved.

Mr. Roof Repair did three jobs for me. The first was a temporary fix on my porch roof, the second was a full replacement, and the third was a vent install in the roof for the dryer which I relocated to the second floor of my house. Joe was the guy assigned to my account, and I found him to be personable, professional, courteous, and very responsive. Even followed up a few months after the job was complete to make sure I was happy with everything.

Steve and his team are fantastic! Trustworthy, knowledgeable, and personable. Steve quoted on my job (95 year old house in high park area which required completely new electrical) he wasn't the least expensive electrician I met with, but for some reason I felt I could trust him, and I'm glad I did because his team is excellent. They stayed within timelines, and came in on budget. I've found an electrician for life. Thanks Steve and the team from CLI electric!
